Do I need a top-tier degree or years of experience?

No. Many of the people shipping our biggest features graduated a year or two ago. We hire for potential and hunger. Show us what you’ve built.

Are roles remote, hybrid or on-site?

Most roles are on-site in San Francisco or Islamabad, because we build fastest in the same room. Some roles are remote, and each listing says which.

What’s the interview process like?

Apply, an initial conversation, team interviews on Google Meet (often with a live task or portfolio review), an in-person conversation, then an offer. Our blog post ‘How we hire, step by step’ walks through each stage.

I’m a student. Is there a way in?

Yes. Look for internships and our Student Ambassador program on the job board, and come to Vyrothon or AI Playground. That’s how a lot of our team met us first.

What if there’s no open role for me right now?

Join the ImagineArt talent pool. It takes about two minutes: pick the teams you’re interested in, where you’d like to work and your career stage, then send your CV and links. We look at the talent pool first when new roles open.

Will I hear back if I’m not selected?

Yes. Every application gets a response. Our rule is simple: nobody falls through the cracks.

Can I refer a friend?

Absolutely. Team members in Pakistan can refer through Ashby and earn a referral bonus when their referral joins. Everyone else is welcome to share this page.

What benefits do you offer?

It depends on location and role. In San Francisco that includes medical coverage with 75% of the premium paid and unlimited PTO. In Islamabad it includes competitive pay, health insurance, a medical allowance, meals, a fuel allowance and paid leave. Each job post lists the exact package.
